Returns

1. All items returned are subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) restocking fee.

2. All orders that are cancelled before shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No Exceptions Will Be Made.

3. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders.

4. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after date of invoice.

5. It is the customers responsibility to contact New World Motorsports within this time period to be eligible for a return. You may contact us by way of email via our Contact Us page.

6. Any returns must be clearly marked as return packages, otherwise the package will be refused.

7. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging.

8. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee.

9. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable.

10. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to process.
