1. Terms & Conditions
The placement and purchase of an order with New World Motorsports constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. New World Motorsports reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.

2. Shipping
New World Motorsports advises all customers to check products as soon as they arrive. If any damage has occurred in transit you must reject the parcel and explain to the courier you are not accepting the item. New World Motorsports will then replace the product ASAP. In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours after receipt of order. New World Motorsports does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder.

In any case where the website has undercharged shipping, New World Motorsports will hold the order until shipping fees are covered by the customer.

3. Warning
All parts sold by New World Motorsports (except for approved road legal parts) are racing parts for off road use only. Installation of some parts may void the warranty coverage on your vehicle. New World Motorsports shall not be liable for any damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labour. New World Motorsports shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. If it appears that a customer has received an incorrect part, New World Motorsports must be notified and given a chance to supply the correct part. If a customer fits an incorrect part in such case, New World Motorsports will not be held responsible. New World Motorsports will not cover any loss in profit or labour due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. New World Motorsports shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.

4. Special Orders
New World Motorsports will determine special order items. Most suspensions kits, big brake conversions and exhaust systems are special order. Special ordered items cannot be cancelled or returned. Any special order item is non-refundable. New World Motorsports advises customers to check if a product in a special order item before placing the order.

5. Cancellations
Any order which is cancelled with New World Motorsports once the order is in processing will be subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) re stocking fee. Any special order item cannot be cancelled.

6. Returns
All items returned are subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after date of invoice. Any returns must be clearly marked as return packages and New World Motorsports must be notified prior to returning otherwise the package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts may be rejected. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, damaged or modified. Wheels and tyres which have been mounted are not returnable.

ARP

Returns cannot be accepted on any ARP products once the the clear film has been opened. 

7. Refunds
New World Motorsports reserves the right to charge the customer shipping and handling costs for a returned item. A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to New World Motorsports. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only be made to original payment method or by company credit note. Refused shipments sent back to New World Motorsports do not constitute a refund or credit.

8. International Orders
All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted therefore it is the buyer’s responsibility to order the correct part. New World Motorsports does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicle as all parts sold by New World Motorsports are made for the Japanese and UK domestic market unless stated otherwise.

9. Warranty
All products sold by New World Motorsports are only subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honoured if the customers mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes any defect. If a product is deemed faulty, the purchaser will pay for all shipping costs. New World Motorsports will only accept a warranty return if the purchaser supplies a receipt of installation from a licensed automotive engineer. Parts installed by a non-licensed automotive engineer will render the warranty claim as void. Please note some Japanese products carry no warranty. Any work carried out by third parties will be at the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of the product, Competition Clutch products do not come with warranty. 

10. Privacy Policy
We use your personal information to fulfil your requests and serve you better. We do not share your personal details with outside third parties without your consent. We adopt careful procedures to protect your personal information. We reserve the right to use or disclose your personal information in certain circumstances such as to satisfy a legal request or protect our property.

Price Match

If you think you have found the same product at a better price from another retailer, we will do our best to price match it! It’s easy all you need to do is call or email our team with the product and the price and we will make sure you are getting an unbeatable deal!

What do you need to provide?

All you need to do is have the product number of the item you are looking at. This can be found in the product title.

And the website of the retailer on which you have found the product. (Please note - we can’t price-match against comparison or auction sites.)

Please also consider the following terms and conditions:

Price Matching: Terms and Conditions

  1. The product being matched has to be exactly the same product.

  2. The product being matched has to be available to order online.

  3. The product being price-matched has to be in stock.

  4. The product being price-matched has to be available for national delivery or to our area.

  5. The product being price-matched has to be available to deliver to your postcode from the retailer.

  6. The price being matched has to include all delivery costs and surcharges.

  7. Price match is unavailable for orders being paid via PayPal and Finance.

  8. The product being price-matched has to be exclusive of any special offer prices e.g. Sale.

  9. The product being price-matched has to be brand new.

  10. The price being matched has to be a genuine price and not an error.

  11. We cannot match prices from market places.

  12. We will only match reputable brands.

  13. You will need to provide a link to the product and include a screenshot of the price.

  14. We can't match a price if our company would make a loss in doing so.

  15. You will not be able to match a price and use any other promotional offer in conjunction with each other.
